New Years Eve of Doom

Just posting to see if there is any interest for a New Years Eve party this year, so that we may decide what we want to do at it. Thats it. Post if you will be in town on New Years Eve and would be interested in a party. Also, say what you may want to do. I guess the norm is usually D&D, and I wouldn't be opposed to that, but just wanted to see what people do want to do.

  • I, of course, will be home for New Year's. I'd like to get caught up on some year 4 LG mods before they retire (notably Dwarven Dawn and Beauty and Two Beasts), but that doesn't necessarily have to be New Year's Eve, as long as I get them in by the end of the year. Instead of/in addition to D&D, I'd also be up for Settlers of Catan, Munchkin, or something along those lines. Of course, I'm fairly easy, and will probably be willing to go along with whatever other people want. Any suggestions?

  • Naturally, I ain't goin' nowheres this New Year's. So I'm totally game. Especially for the "Beauty and Two Breasts" mod. ;-)

I remember this spy-type game we played once. We all were spies at a party and had to guess each other's identity. That was cool. So I suggest that.

  • "Spy Ring" was one of those dinner-party type games, so we probably wouldn't be able to play that particular one again. However, I do have a murder mystery one that we could do if people wanted to. We'd need at least 8 people, and some of the guys would probably have to be girls unless both Ambers or other random girls came, though. If we have more than 8 who want to play, I can write more parts or something.

  • I'm up for anything. And I do mean anything!

  • I'm up for anything. And I do mean a relatively wide variety of thing!

  • I'll try and come up. The murder mystery sounds fun. I'm up for pretty much anything, if you don't mind explaining rules. And of course, if I come, that brings Rob and Paul to the party.

  • I'm game for pretty much anything, though I do think it would be cool to do something different on New Year's Eve than just regular D&D or Living stuff. Murder mysteries are always fun, or board/card games, and we can play D&D before and/or after New Year's.

  • Good news. Amber and I are getting the evening of New Years off, possibly the morning as well. And we are closed New Years Day. So we will definatly be up.

  • We will be dragging a friend of ours with us if that's OK. Guy named Tim. Let me know if that's alright.
